In our development phase we did not use the help desk and our data captain very often as we were able to manage a lot of the system internally. This was such a mistake for us as a company. The benefits and increased performance of the flowlogic system has been phenomenal since we have been working more closely with the datanova team. The team is always extremely professional and engaged in meetings and assists us to challenge any ideas or requests, we may have and bring these into fruition if they are able to. The support is great and we are very happy with the system.

Flowlogic is a fabulous software solution for any disability service provider. Not only is it great for clients info, shift reports, rostering and compliance but it helps streamline payroll and billing. I would highly recommend this for any growing service provider. I have done a few implementations recently with my clients and Alana and her team are excellent to work with. I would not hesitate in recommending this program and team again!

We use FlowLogic in our medium sized NDIS support organisation. We are able to manage a SIL and community access roster, as well as for all storage of client and staff information. It really is a one stop shop for us. We've been using it for around 18 months and still learning of ways to further implement some of it's functions.
