The NDIS Code of Conduct for providers sets clear and enforceable expectations for ethical conduct in the delivery of support and services. The National Disability Insurance Agency has established procedures for determining whether an APS employee, or former APS employee, has breached the APS Code of Conduct (the Code), and for determining sanctions.
