Firstly I’d like to thank all of our loyal clients for your continued support throughout these unprecedented times. At Datanova, we love working with you all and helping you navigate the enormous challenges that 2020 has delivered.
I want to personally reassure you, the welfare of our clients and our teams is our highest priority. We’re closely following the advice of the government in our office regarding the most rigorous standards of hygiene and travel procedures.
We, the Datanova Team, remain committed to being your partner in technology, to be here when you need us, provide you with trendsetting solutions, offer innovative approaches to service delivery, unrivalled flexibility and everything else needed to ensure success now and in the future.
We are where we are because of you, and with you. Thank you for your support and loyalty.
Happy new year to you all. I hope you will celebrate the start of 2021 in good spirits with family and friends. Now that we’re just a few days away to the new year, it’s good to look ahead and think about what 2021 may bring us. But first, a quick look back.
2020 was quite a year for all of us at Datanova. We’ve been through many developments, in sometimes less than favourable circumstances. But we’ve also achieved a huge amount as a small dynamic team. Flowlogic family has made great progress: loaded Flowlogic with an additional 84 features; launched our new Data Captain service, transforming clients into power users of the system. We’ve become the leading software in innovative service delivery in the Disability sector and we will be the same for Aged Care.
And no matter what the circumstances are, we must not lose sight of our priority: to be strong and financially sustainable that put our clients at the heart of everything we do. Showing our clients how we can support them in their financial needs by providing software to streamline service delivery, be flexible where possible and give the best possible training for our Flowlogic family products.
It’s important for us to use our time wisely and move forward as decisively and swiftly as we can in 2021. That will only be possible with your continued dedication and teamwork. Primarily in your own group, but equally across the whole company. While we’ve successfully separated our businesses divisions operationally, we need to continue to work together as a team in order to create trendsetting software. So I encourage all of us in our decision making to evaluate not only what is best for our part of the business, but also the potential impact on other parts and on Flowlogic as a whole.
The past few years have had a significant impact on all of us, but I would like to thank you all for your significant support and dedication during these challenging times. The year ahead will bring its own challenges but I’m sure by working together, keeping focussed on our priorities and putting our clients first we can realise our ambitions. These will certainly continue to be my priorities and I am convinced I can count on you to do the same.
I’m not alone in being grateful for the work you are doing. I’ve received tons of emails from clients and seen posts on social media thanking you all. Your efforts are being noticed at the highest levels of government and thanked by an Auditor with 28 years of experience he wrote:
“Well, the NDIS Audit is done and dusted. We are very happy we used FlowLogic very successfully for providing information … the easiest it has been for me in my 28 years of quality assurance experience.”
To you all, we hope your Christmas is spent sharing laughs and good times with your family and friends – people who are important to you. I wish you joy and peace. My hope is that 2021 is a year where, through treatments or vaccine, the shadow of COVID is removed from our lives; where the hard-won lessons this pandemic has forced upon us help to enrich our lives on every level.
I love Christmas, and it becomes really special when celebrated with family and friends. As Australians gather to celebrate Christmas, and there will be celebrations, holidays are taken, and as we head towards the new year, resolutions and plans are made.
I want to extend my heartfelt greetings for the season to my great clients, fantastic staff, my beautiful family and my incredible friends and all my fans on Soundcloud, Spotify, Mixcloud and all the other networks. I must let you know how much I appreciate your friendships, accomplishments and achievements in 2020.
