WHAT COMPUTER AND BROWSER SPECIFICATIONS DO I NEED TO RUN FLOWLOGIC?

Our NDIS Software runs on any device with a Internet browser installed and connected to the Internet. However we do recommend Googles Chrome for best result.

IS YOUR SOFTWARE FOR NDIS PROVIDERS MOBILE-READY?

We don’t have an App in the Apple or Google App Store, however we have a responsive web app which behaves similar to an App.
A responsive design, creates dynamic changes to the appearance of a website, depending on the screen size and orientation of the device being used to view it. It feels like an app and behaves as such with the difference not having a shell hosted by Google or Apple.
Benefits using an APP, we can deliver the NDIS price guide or any update immediately when published on the NDIA website by bypassing the approval stage of Apple and Google.
If published via Google or Apple in an app it can take up to two weeks to get approved.

That’s not acceptable in a dynamic world. With our approach we don’t have to wait for any third party to approve when we apply changes to the system. The second reason is that the NDIA does not allow participant data to be stored off-shore. Both Apple and Google stated that all information passing through their servers will be cached.

NDIS SOFTWARE FOR FREE?

We are not aware of any free NDIS software currently on the market. However we do offer a preflight to new prospects. You can try the NDIS software for free before you purchase with the great addon you will have a Preflight Data Captain available.

HOW MUCH IS THE INVESTMENT TO PURCHASE YOUR SOFTWARE?

We charge a setup fee, which varies from customer to customer.
We calculate the setup fee based on three variables:
1. How many users, clients and other information do you want to get across?
2. The complexity of the data import, where the data is coming from, and how healthy the data is to use.
3. What support and training do we need to nominate for a successful transformation? Plus, the possibility of travel and accommodation in case you choose on-site training. We offer webinars as an alternative to onsite training for organisations on a tight budget. The setup fee is a one-off fee and includes training and the implementation of Flowlogic with your dedicated Onboarding specialist. Our monthly charge for each active user is a fee of AUD 27.50, exclusive GST.
I hope the above clarifies why we don’t advertise a flat setup fee on our website and every client is different. We do recommend a free webinar prior to purchasing the software to determine the the price and best training solution.
