CARE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

Christmas Message from Christian Krauter

Almost three years ago – a major restructuring with some unforeseen obstacles – we survived. We had to make tough decisions but we stood by each other, supported by our families and made the necessary sacrifices. Huge thanks to all of you and my respect and a special thank you for Josh and Dorian without their efforts FlowLogic would not be what it is today – the number one voted software for NDIS by the top accountancy firms in Australia. One of them is our friends at Shinewing in Melbourne.
Our road of success, fast forward starting with successfully getting FL ready for Aged Care. Breakthrough with the launch of FL into the New Zealand market. 101 New Features in FL in less than a year credits to fantastic teamwork and applaud for all the hours to get it going. Credit to all concerned.
Finishing the year cautiously optimistic and I’m proud of what my team has accomplished together. Some businesses haven’t been able to do what we have done. Thanks to you we’ll be going into the new year with strength, to build on our accomplishments and to consolidate our position to be the best disability and aged care software, provider. Let’s celebrate that. It’s a gift to be grateful for. One of the pleasures of the Christmas season is the opportunity to extend cordial greetings to all of you whose love and complete devotion I value so highly. Christmas time is my favourite. Although I live away from home, I know that I will leave all my business behind on a Christmas day to be together with you, to be with you, my beloved family.
And that’s what I wish for you all! I really wonder how fast the time ran away and how quick this year went by. As I am busy with my rather crazy no stopping routine it’s hard to send personal wishes. So I thought of posting this letter through our social media channels and I hope it finds you!
And as New Year is approaching, I want to extend my heartfelt greetings for the season to my great clients, fantastic staff, a beautiful family and my incredible friends and all my fans on Soundcloud, Spotify, Mixcloud and all the other networks. I must let you know how much I appreciate your friendships, accomplishments and achievements in 2019. We’ve launched many new products features and won clients and expanded the business and seen more success than ever before.
We’ve grown the team and increased our service levels and developed the business. We’ve been able to launch our new cloud-based product FlowPoint, a product that is the best in the market, and that’s only because we have a team of people who are the best in the market! I thank one and all for your support and dedication and for the extra hours that you worked to achieve the goal and complete our project. Let’s celebrate a successful year past and let’s celebrate a successful year ahead.
We have many more features for our products lined up for next year and I am sure with your dedication and determination we will be able to complete those also in time. I thank my clients, staff, music fans, friends and family for your fantastic support and I hope this relationship continues and we achieve success together.
I wish you and your families all happy holidays. Sorry no, I wish you all and your families sensational holidays! Best wishes to you all! I also wish you happy New Year 2020 and hope to see you soon!
