We want to give Flowlogic users in Australia and New Zealand the assurance that their data is securely handled and stored. Information security and privacy have always been among our top priorities, both in our operations and in the design of our products. By obtaining the certificate, Datanova has proved its compliance with international security standards.
Flowlogics API implementation through NDIA Digital Partnership Program (DPP)
The NDIA has developed a Digital Partnership Program (DPP), which will manage controlled and secure access to some of the NDIA’s data and systems. The Digital Partnership Program has been created for providers and software developers to develop new tools, apps and digital marketplaces to improve how participants, providers and the NDIA all connect and work together. Only software companies with ISO 27001 certification can work with registered providers to access the NDIA APIs to enhance systems and obtain direct access to the PRODA portal for data exchange.
Our ISO/IEC 27001:2013 SECURITY MANAGEMENT CERTIFIED was conducted: on 2 and 3 December 2021, the second was conducted: on 8 and 9 December 2022 and our next audit date: is in December 2023.

What is ISO 27001:2013 Security Management?
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a global body that collects and manages various standards for different fields and disciplines. In today’s world, with so many industries now reliant upon the internet and digital networks, more and more emphasis is being placed on the technology portions of ISO standards.
In particular, the ISO 27001 standard identifies over 100 requirements for a comprehensive Information Security Management System (ISMS). It defines how organisations should manage and securely handle information, including having appropriate security controls. The standard is designed to function as a framework for the organisation’s ISMS. This includes all policies and processes relevant to controlled and used data. The standard considers all of the company’s operations, including areas that many other information security standards overlook, such as Human Resource Security, communications, and supplier relationships.
Life after the ISO 27001:2013 certification
By claiming the ISO 27001:2013 certification, Datanova is validating its ongoing commitment to security practices and risk management, further reassuring our customers of resilience and data protection.
Earning the official ISO 27001 certificate is another milestone in our journey. We continue to work on maintaining the highest levels of security and privacy of data; the work never ends!
